Flageolet Beans 6x400g

I love how these beans hold their shape perfectly in my summer salads – even after a quick rinse they stay firm and tender. The lack of salt means I can season exactly how I want without any metallic aftertaste.

Creamy texture and no added salt are exactly what I wanted for a clean soup base, though the beans were slightly softer than I prefer for salads.
