The leeks and celeriac come through beautifully, giving it that rich, homemade depth without being too heavy. I just microwaved half the jar for a quick lunch and it was thick, warming, and properly satisfying for a cold afternoon.

This jar lasted me three lunches and the leeks and carrots still had some bite instead of turning to mush. I heated it straight from the fridge and the celeriac gave it a nice earthy depth that I wasn’t expecting from a soup in a jar.

Opening the jar, the smell hits you right away—proper savoury, not watery at all. The carrots and celeriac are still firm enough to bite into, which I didn't expect from a jarred soup. One jar easily made two generous lunches for me.
