معكرونة بينا العضوية بيني من الحنطة البيضاء مستمدة من أحد أقدم الحبوب المزروعة، وهو قريب قديم للقمح؛ الحنطة. الحنطة غنية بالألياف، وتحتوي على نسبة أعلى من البروتين والفيتامينات مقارنة بالقمح، وعلى الرغم من أنها لا تخلو من الغلوتين، إلا أنها غالبًا ما يتحملها بعض الأشخاص الذين يعانون من حساسية القمح.
Cooked up al dente in about nine minutes and it held its shape perfectly in a creamy sauce, no mush at all. The texture has a nice bite that regular pasta just doesn't give me, and I feel better knowing it's packing more protein and fibre than my usual penne.
The cooking time was spot on and the texture held up beautifully even after a quick reheat the next day. I can really taste the difference in that nutty, ancient grain flavor, and the protein content is a nice bonus for a pasta.
This has become my go-to pasta for weeknight dinners, the higher protein and fibre honestly makes it feel a bit more substantial than regular stuff. It cooks up firm without going mushy, and I’m glad the 500g bag is enough for a couple of meals for two.
