SPELT WHOLEGRAIN SPAGHETTI 500g

Boiled up perfectly al dente in about nine minutes and held its shape even after sitting in sauce for a while. You can really taste the nuttiness of the spelt, which makes a plain weeknight pasta feel a bit more special.

The texture is genuinely smooth for a wholegrain pasta, no grit or rough edges like I’ve had with others. It holds its shape well and tastes nutty without being heavy, so this is my new go-to for a quick weeknight dinner.

Cooked it for 10 minutes and the whole grain flavour came through really earthy and nutty, not at all like the bland white stuff. It’s got a satisfying chew that makes you feel like you’re eating something proper, and it didn’t stick together in the pot. This is my new go-to for a weeknight bowl.
