These are perfect for a quick lunch, the pastry gets properly golden and crisp when you pan-fry them and the filling is well-spiced. Even cold they hold up nicely, so I'll be keeping a box in the fridge for snacking.

Took a box to work and warmed them in a pan for lunch — the pastry turned golden and crisp in minutes, and they held up well as a cold snack later too. Perfect little portion for a light meal with some chutney on the side.
