The texture after cooking is spot on—firm enough that each piece keeps its bite, which is exactly what I want for a quick weekday sauce. You can genuinely taste the cleaner, sweeter wheat in this one compared to standard boxes.

I’ve been through quite a few organic pastas and this one has that real bite to it, the durum wheat gives it a nutty edge that I never got from the usual supermarket boxes. It takes the alpine water thing seriously too, the penne comes out clean and separate every single time.

Cooked up al dente in about nine minutes and it held its bite perfectly under a chunky tomato sauce. You can really taste the difference that the alpine water and organic durum wheat make, it's noticeably cleaner and more substantial than the usual box. This is my new go-to for weeknight pasta.
