Kimchi Hot & Chunky 350g

I was a little worried "hot" would mean all heat and no flavor, but the spice level here is sharp and clean, and it doesn’t overpower the cabbage. Those big, crunchy pieces hold their texture even after a week in my fridge, which makes it perfect for topping rice bowls.

The chunks are genuinely bigger and crunchier than any other kimchi I’ve tried, and the extra heat hits right after the first bite, which I love. It’s the perfect kick for my rice bowls, and the 350g jar disappears way too fast.
