Our Organic Rice & Sunflower Bread is traditionally made in Germany by organic bakers and perfect as part of a gluten free diet. Produced in a dedicated gluten free bakery and routinely batch tested for gluten.
The batch testing gives me real peace of mind with celiac disease, and the sunflower seeds add a nice crunch that keeps each slice interesting. It toasts up beautifully and holds together better than most gluten free breads I’ve tried.
It’s dense and hearty, not the fluffy sandwich bread I gave up on, which makes it perfect for toast with avocado. I’m glad the bakery is dedicated gluten free and they batch test, because my stomach has been calm all week.
Finally a gluten free bread that doesn't fall apart the second you butter it. The sunflower seeds give it a nice crunch and it holds its shape through to the last slice.
