The garlic in this really comes through alongside the chillies, it’s got that proper kick without being all heat. We’ve been using it as a dip for spring rolls and it’s already half gone after two nights.
Made a quick stir-fry last night and this sauce gave it just the right kick without overpowering the veg. The garlic comes through nicely in the blend, and the 250ml bottle lasted me a good few meals. Definitely my go-to for dipping spring rolls now.
The heat from the red chillies is balanced perfectly by the garlic and sweetness—I've been putting it on everything from dumplings to roasted veggies. The 250ml bottle is a good size too, enough to last through a few meals.
