Been using this in my curries and even whipped some into coffee for a dairy-free treat. The organic pressed coconut meat gives it a true, fresh taste that canned versions just don't match. One 400ml tin easily lasts me a week of cooking.
The thickness is exactly what I hoped for—this is far richer than regular coconut milk and made my curry taste like it came from a restaurant. The 400ml carton lasted me through several batches, too.
I was a bit worried about separation when I opened the can, but after a quick stir it was perfectly smooth and rich for my curry. It’s definitely thicker than regular coconut milk, so a little goes a long way in recipes.
