LONG GRAIN ITALIAN BROWN RICE 500g

The wholegrain texture really holds up in a pilaf, and I like that it's high in fibre without tasting like health food. Made a big batch on Sunday and it was still good reheated on Wednesday.

Boiled up fluffy without getting sticky, and each grain kept its bite after twenty minutes on the stove. The nutty, whole-wheat taste paired perfectly with roasted veg, and 500g lasted me three solid meals.
