The 350g bottle has lasted me weeks of weekend pancake mornings, and the syrup pours thinly enough to spread evenly without pooling. It's a nice middle ground between straight agave's neutrality and pure maple's smokiness—mellow but with that maple character coming through at the end.
The balance of agave and maple is just right — sweet but not cloying, and it pours smoothly over pancakes without being too thin. Took a chance on the 350g size for a change and it’s lasted me weeks of weekend breakfasts.
Drizzled this over vanilla ice cream last night and the texture is perfect—not too thick, pours smoothly straight from the bottle. The sweetness is mellow like the label says, so it doesn't overpower the dessert. Just wish the bottle were bigger.
