L'épeautre est une céréale ancienne cultivée il y a des milliers d'années et redécouverte récemment. Nos Spaghettis d'épeautre complet bio Biona conservent tous les bienfaits de cette céréale ancestrale. Leur texture lisse, leur saveur exceptionnelle et leur teneur élevée en fibres en font une excellente alternative aux pâtes de blé. Mieux encore, bien que non sans gluten, l'épeautre peut être toléré par certaines personnes allergiques au blé. Il suffit de les associer à une sauce pour pâtes ou un pesto Biona pour un repas bio et nutritif. Désormais dans des sachets en papier 100 % sans plastique facilement recyclables.
