The can was packed tight with plump, juicy kernels that held their shape beautifully in a warm stew. No added sugar, yet it brought that clean, natural sweetness to the dish which is exactly what I wanted.

The kernels are really crisp and juicy, not mushy at all, and that natural sweetness without added sugar makes my lunch salads taste way better than usual. I tossed a handful into a stew last night too and it held up perfectly.

The kernels stayed surprisingly crisp when I tossed them into a cold pasta salad, and there’s genuinely no added sugar needed since the natural taste comes through. Only wish the can was a bit bigger for the price, but it’s a solid organic staple for soups.
