Le tahini bio Biona est fabriqué à partir de graines de sésame décortiquées pour une texture extra-lisse. The oil had separated in the jar when it arrived, but after a quick stir it turned into the creamiest, most velvety tahini I've had. It's so smooth thanks to the hulled seeds, and I've been drizzling it over toast and into salad dressings all week.
