I was skeptical about low sugar cereal but these actually taste sweet from the tapioca syrup, not fake at all. The clusters stay crunchy even after sitting in milk for a few minutes, which never happens with other granola I've bought.
These clusters are dangerously easy to snack on straight from the bag, and I don't feel guilty since the sugar content is actually low. The tapioca syrup gives them just enough sweetness without that heavy, sticky coating you get from regular granola.
The crunch is spot-on but what really sold me is that they're actually sweet without the sugar crash later. Half a bowl with milk and I'm good till lunch, which never happens with other cereals.
