It’s genuinely soft and springy the way “real” bread is, not crumbly like so many others, and knowing it’s baked in a dedicated gluten-free bakery puts my mind at ease. I’ve already eaten half the 500g loaf just toasted with butter—by far the closest I’ve come to a normal sandwich since going GF.
