Prodotto dalla spremitura di succo di mela biologico fermentato con la sua madre dell'aceto, il nostro aceto di sidro biologico viene invecchiato in botti di legno per un finale robusto. Il suo aroma ricco e il gusto fruttato e acidulo sono sostenuti da una serie di preziosi enzimi, rendendo questo aceto di sidro delizioso e naturalmente salutare. Il nostro aceto crudo e non filtrato non viene né trattato termicamente né pastorizzato, preservando così tutti i benefici nutrizionali degli enzimi dell'aceto.

Il nostro ACV con Madre è estremamente versatile. Usalo in condimenti per insalate e salse per un tocco appetitoso. Per un tonico rinvigorente, mescola 1-2 cucchiai di aceto di sidro Biona con miele in un bicchiere d'acqua e gustalo immediatamente.
