The bottle is a nice 330g size, and the syrup itself is incredibly smooth without any of that artificial aftertaste. It's the real deal from the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, and you can tell it was made the traditional way.
The syrup has that clean, woodsy taste you only get from real tree sap, and the 330g bottle is perfect for my morning pancakes. I poured some over vanilla ice cream last night and it was honestly better than any dessert sauce I've tried.
