I usually hate how soggy granola gets after a minute in milk, but these golden clusters hold their crunch all the way to the bottom of the bowl. The wholemeal oats and malted barley give it a nice toasty flavor without being overly sweet.
The crunch on these clusters actually holds up even after I pour milk on top, which is rare for granola. The malted barley gives it a toasty depth that makes a plain bowl of yogurt feel like a proper breakfast.
These golden clusters are sweet enough on their own that I don't bother adding honey, and the malted barley gives them a nice toasty depth. I've been eating it straight from the bag as a snack, which is dangerous because the 375g is gone way too fast.
