WILD RICE MIX

The three rice varieties cook up with distinctly different textures—chewy wild rice, tender red, and fluffy long grain—so every forkful has a little surprise. I tossed it with roasted veg and it soaked up the dressing beautifully without turning mushy. This is my new go-to when plain brown rice feel
