The smoked garlic really comes through without being overpowering, and it coats the ribs nicely without turning into a sticky mess. We used it as a dip for fries too and the tomato and pepper balance is spot on.
Used it as a marinade for grilled veggies last weekend and the tomato and pepper base gave them a lovely smoky kick without overpowering. The texture is thick enough to cling nicely to a brush, which I appreciated.
