Pickled in vinegar with a blend of mustard seeds and dill, these Gherkin Slices are packed full of flavour. Small and crunchy, they are the perfect addition to a veggie burger, or as a side dish with a BBQ. They also add a tasty punch to a salsa or gazpacho soup.
The dill and mustard seed brine is spot-on—tangy but not overpowering, and the slices stay crisp right to the bottom of the jar. Perfect on a sandwich or straight out of the fridge, and the 350g size feels generous for the price.
The crunch on these is perfect, and the dill and mustard seed brine tastes fresh and tangy, not overly sharp. I’ve been adding a few slices to every sandwich and salad this week, and the jar’s been a solid staple in the fridge door.
