Biona Organic peanut butter is made using carefully selected nuts, which are freshly roasted in small batches just before milling. Enjoy our peanut butter on toast, to add flavour to vegetable dishes or to make a spicy peanut sauce. As we do not use palm fat or emulsifiers, the nut oil may separate - this does not affect the quality, simply mix back in to restore the creamy consistency!
The texture is so smooth it almost spreads itself, and you can tell the peanuts were roasted fresh because the flavour comes through properly warm and nutty. I've been adding a spoonful to my stir-fry sauce and it melts in beautifully, way better than any peanut butter I've had before.
I keep a jar at my desk and it's dangerous — the small-batch roasting comes through in a deep, toasty aroma you don't get from mass-produced brands, and it's perfect for stirring into a quick veggie stir-fry when I'm too lazy to make a proper sauce.
