I always keep a few jars in the pantry for quick side dishes, and the beans stay tender without turning mushy even after reheating. The vibrant green colour actually looks appetising on the plate, which is rare for canned veggies.
These beans
The beans are vibrantly green and have a tender texture, but the flavour is so gentle it barely comes through in a stir-fry. Fine for bulking up a soup, though.
