Spelt pasta has a slightly nuttier taste than regular wheat pasta, and this one cooked up firm without getting mushy. The only downside is the shorter cooking time caught me off guard.
The plastic-free paper packaging is a nice touch, but the spaghetti itself cooks up a bit softer than I prefer for an al dente bite. Still, it's a decent alternative to regular wheat pasta.
