The jar didn't last a week in our house—my kid eats it straight off the spoon, and I can't blame him. It's properly dark and rich, not overly sweet like most spreads, and the vegan recipe means I don't feel guilty slathering it on pancakes.
Spread it on toasted sourdough this morning and it melted into this gorgeous, almost fudgy layer — way darker and less cloying than the usual hazelnut stuff. The organic cocoa really comes through, and the texture stays smooth even straight from the fridge.
