Chilled it overnight and it whipped into a soft, cloud-like topping that held its shape on my berry tart for hours. The 400g can was plenty for a whole dessert, and the taste was clean and subtly coconut without being overpowering.

Whips up surprisingly stiff peaks after I left it in the fridge for a few hours, and it held its shape on the pie without weeping. Just wish the can were bigger for the price, but the organic coconut taste is clean and not overly sweet.
