The sundried tomatoes give it that subtle sweetness the description promises, and the crust had a real crackle when I warmed it up. It held up perfectly as a side for my minestrone without getting soggy. I'll be grabbing another loaf next shop.

I sliced it thin and toasted it for a tomato soup lunch, and the sun-dried tomatoes gave every bite a lovely sweet tang that I didn't expect from a bread. The texture stayed chewy and light, not dense like so many others. It's become my new go-to for paninis.
