Gemaakt van geperst biologisch appelsap, gefermenteerd met de moeder van de azijn. Het rijke aroma en de fruitige, pittige smaak worden ondersteund door een schat aan waardevolle enzymen, waardoor deze appelazijn heerlijk en van nature gezond is. Onze rauwe, ongefilterde azijn wordt ook niet verhit of gepasteuriseerd, om de enzymen tevreden te houden. Gebruik onze appelazijn in saladedressings en sauzen voor een heerlijke pittige toets. Voor een verkwikkende tonic meng je 1-2 eetlepels Biona appelazijn met honing in een glas water en geniet je er direct van. Onze appelazijn is puur en ongefilterd, wat troebelheid of bezinksel kan veroorzaken: dit heeft geen invloed op de kwaliteit. 5% zuurgraad
