The texture of this wholegrain rice is exactly what I hoped for—hearty and slightly chewy, with a nutty edge that works beautifully under a simple stew. Cooked up a big batch for weekday lunches and it held up well for days. Lovely to find a brown rice that still feels like a proper Italian risotto
