These noodles held their shape perfectly in the wok without turning mushy, and they soaked up the sauce beautifully. The durum wheat gives them a nice, firm bite that feels more substantial than your average pack. Threw them into a quick soup last night too, and they cooked in just a few minutes.
Grabbed a pack for a quick lunch stir-fry and the noodles kept their bite even after a few minutes in the wok. Being low in fat is a bonus, but honestly the texture is what sold me. They also soaked up the sauce really nicely without turning mushy.
