I’m not usually one to get excited over a tin of beans, but these broad beans are genuinely mild and tender, with none of that tough skin you often get. The water they sit in keeps them super fresh, so they work just as well straight from the jar as they do warmed up in a stew.

These beans are properly tender, not that mushy mess you get in some cans. I love that they're just preserved in water, so the mild, mellow flavor really comes through. A solid staple for my pantry now.
