The texture is incredibly smooth and creamy, with no weird oily separation at the top like other brands. You can really taste that the nuts are freshly roasted, and the ingredient list is just the single nut, nothing else.
I've tried a lot of nut butters that separate or feel greasy, but this one stays perfectly creamy thanks to the roasted nuts and zero palm fat. Spread it on toast and you can really taste the fresh roast, not any weird additives.
The texture is so smooth it almost spreads like butter straight from the jar, no stirring required. I love that the ingredient list is just roasted cashews, nothing else. This is my new go-to for apple slices.
