I was a bit worried it’d be too dry, but it’s genuinely smooth and creamy even straight from the jar. Spread it on warm toast this morning and the coconut taste came through nicely without being overpowering. Also added a spoonful to my porridge and it melted in perfectly.
The coconut blossom nectar gives it just enough sweetness to keep it interesting, and it stirred into my morning porridge without any clumping or oil separation hassle. I've been putting it on apple slices after lunch too, and the combo is dangerously good.
