The jar didn't last a week in our house—my kid eats it straight off the spoon, and I can't blame him. It's properly dark and rich, not overly sweet like most spreads, and the vegan recipe means I don't feel guilty slathering it on pancakes.
Spread it on toasted sourdough this morning and it melted into this gorgeous, almost fudgy layer — way darker and less cloying than the usual hazelnut stuff. The organic cocoa really comes through, and the texture stays smooth even straight from the fridge.
My kids devour Nutella but I wanted something less sweet, and this organic spread has that deep, dark cocoa punch they've actually come to prefer. It's vegan too, so I don't feel guilty letting them have it on toast before school.
