The texture is beautifully smooth and spreadable straight from the jar, no stirring or oil separation drama. I've been eating it by the spoonful on toast and the roasted nut flavor comes through cleanly without any salty or sweet distractions.
Opened the jar and the smell alone tells you these hazelnuts were roasted fresh. It's just pure nuts, no sugar or salt, and the texture is so smooth you'd never guess there's nothing else in it.
The texture is beautifully smooth but still has that gritty roasted nut feel, which I like on toast. My only gripe is the jar arrived with a bit of oil separation on top, though a quick stir fixed it right up.
