SPELT PIZZA BASES 300g

We usually end up with soggy cardboard from other bases, but this one actually crisps up nicely on the edges while staying chewy in the middle. The organic spelt gives it a slightly nutty taste that works with everything we've thrown on it so far.

The spelt base held its shape perfectly under a heavy load of toppings, and the crust had a pleasant nutty taste that stood up to the sauce. I only had to bake it for 10 minutes to get a golden, slightly chewy finish.
