Coconut Cream 200ml

Opened this for a Thai curry last night and the texture was exactly what I hoped for, thick enough to make the sauce feel properly luxurious without needing to add anything else. The cream is so thick and rich that just one spoonful made my curry taste properly tropical, and the 200ml size is perfect for two batches. I’ve been adding it to my morning smoothies too, and it blends in without any chalky bits.

The 200ml carton is just right for a couple of curries, and it thickens beautifully without splitting. Only wish the pack were a bit bigger for smoothie season.
