Biona Hennepzaden kunnen heel of gemalen worden gebruikt in brood, broodjes of muesli. Hennepzaden krijgen een heerlijk nootachtige smaak wanneer ze worden geroosterd. Biona Hennepzaden hebben geen bedwelmend effect. Niet geschikt om te kweken.
I’ve been sprinkling them straight onto my morning muesli for a few weeks now, and the subtle nutty taste is exactly what my bowl was missing. They’re still fine after sitting in my cupboard, which is a bonus since I don’t go through 250g that fast.
Roasted a handful of these in a dry pan and the nutty aroma that came off them was incredible. I've been folding them into my homemade bread rolls and the texture they add is genuinely lovely, though I do wish the bag was bigger for the price.
Sprinkled these straight into my morning muesli and the nutty crunch is exactly what the bowl needed. They toast up nicely too if you're after that roasted flavour, and the 250g bag has lasted me a good while.
