I’m not much of a baker, but these rolls turned out golden and airy after just 10 minutes in the oven, which felt almost too easy. The high fibre content is a nice bonus, and they held up well as sandwich bases for lunch without crumbling.
These came out of the oven perfectly fluffy with a nice crisp bottom, exactly what I needed for a quick lunch. The fact that they're vegan and high in fibre is a bonus since I'm trying to eat better without giving up bread.
