I was skeptical about a dairy-free topping for my pies, but this actually holds stiff peaks and tastes lightly of real coconut rather than chemicals. A 400g tin gave me plenty left over after frosting a whole cake.
Chilled it overnight and it whipped into a soft, cloud-like topping that held its shape on my berry tart for hours. The 400g can was plenty for a whole dessert, and the taste was clean and subtly coconut without being overpowering.
Chilled it for a few hours and whipped up beautifully into a light, glossy topping that held its shape on my strawberry shortcake. The fact that it’s organic and made purely from fresh coconuts makes it taste cleaner than any dairy version I’ve tried.
