I was skeptical about a dairy-free condensed milk, but this one caramelizes beautifully when I bake it into my vegan flan. The two-ingredient list is a huge plus, and the coconut flavor isn’t overpowering at all. It’s already a staple in my pantry.
It’s so creamy and rich that my coffee tastes like a dessert now, and I love that it’s just coconut and cane sugar in the ingredient list. The texture is thick enough to drizzle over fruit too, so one can covers a lot more than I expected.
