I've been slicing off thick pieces for breakfast all week and the pumpkin seeds give every bite that nice crunch without falling out. Being wheat-free and high in fibre means I actually feel full until lunch, which is rare for bread.
The crumb is dense and hearty, just how I like it, and those pumpkin seeds give every slice a nice little crunch. It’s wheat-free but I don’t miss the wheat at all, especially toasted with some butter. This is my new go-to for a filling lunch.
